About Perry
My name is Perry Estelle, Life Coach Practitioner. My role spanning 30 years allows me a unique combination of teaching, management, marketing, and consulting is now available for students. My distinctive business experience has equipped me with a significant advantage to share information that has provided me with classroom teaching, consultative, and programme/project-management experience, all of which are essential to blaze a trail for positive change. I have a methodology proven to creative thinking and ‘can do’ skills that lend themselves to innovative programme development and implementation. The skill-set I'm sharing with students will equip them with a foretaste of many fulfilling challenges that lie ahead, with or without credentials and qualifications, to gain the future success they deserve.
I am a qualified team trainer, confidence builder and Life Coach.
Presently, I manage an online promotions team for tintota.com and head of the product development team of my own company merchandising 250k eLearning products. Ideally, I would like to focus on this application and transfer my other business responsibilities. I proffer this information to qualify me as an executive manager with proven experience and able to ‘hit the ground running’.
I actively fundraise for local business and charities.
I am a highly motivated individual and committed to making it my life’s work to facilitate constructive change in people's lives. A particular strength of mine is establishing rapport. I am then adept at motivating people to overcome their personal obstacles. I have supported many members in the workplace to set realistic goals and cope with making progressive change within the industry through following tested initiatives. Outside of that work environment, I have had other success in enabling and empowering groups of individuals of all gender, age and background and support them to overcome the seemingly impossible, so they then may experience and realise their full potential by arranging corporate team-building activities. I have successfully built projects from the start-up phase, all as part of my focus to foster positive change.
I have students numbering over 3000 attending Tintota training courses on all aspects of goal provision. I am used to orating in a training environment and developing programmes for that purpose. Providing relevant and effective training materials and workshops.
College students or would-be college students looking at the possibilities distance learning programmes offer will soon find out the opportunities are many. These programmes have come a long way in a very short time. Where there once were only a few choices in the distance learning arena, there are now many.
Students seeking out distance learning programmes should be certain the schools and universities they deal with have their proper accreditation. This is becoming much easier to achieve as more state universities and well-known private institutions bring their brand of learning online. Still, it's wise to check. It is also advised to make sure the individual degree programme is accredited. A university might have accreditation, but its school of journalism, for example, might not.
Anyone looking at these programmes will soon find it is now possible to earn any level of degree offered at institutions of higher learning. Programmes common in distance learning include:
* Certifications. This is sort of the bread and butter of distance learning programmes. Certification classes are common for almost every field imaginable. When there is a need to take a certain class for continued employment requirements or to open up doors for a new job, certification programmes can generally be found to meet the needs. These range from medical classes and law enforcement certifications to computer science, education and beyond.
* Associate degrees. The variety of these "entry level" degrees available online from accredited schools is pretty amazing. Everything from computers and business to general study and beyond can be found. These degrees often work well for landing employment and they can also be fantastic stepping stones for advancing onto higher level degree programmes.
* Bachelors programmes. The variety of programmes tends to narrow a bit by this level of degree programme, but not much. The truth is many programmes offered in person can now be found online. From criminal justice and education to computer science, business administration and even psychology, it is possible to find very good bachelor level distance learning programmes.
* Doctorates degrees. Here is where the field really narrows. The most common doctorates programmes offered online centre on the business and finance fields. Other choices do exist, but with these programmes, it is particularly vital to ensure accreditation is in order.
The types of distance learning programmes available online will vary with each institution offering them. Some schools provide their full course schedule online; others only offer select programmes.
When these programmes are selected, it is important for students to check into accreditation and also to be prepared for some work. While the classes do take place online, they are real college-level classes. This means reading, and a lot of it. It also means tests, reports, research and more.
Distance learning programmes can open doors for all manner of degree programmes. Whether a student is seeking certification in a particular area or they want to go on for a doctorates degree, many programmes can be found online, making it easier for students to obtain the education they desire.

Before you get too excited, however, it's wise to take the time to thoroughly research any distance learning programme to make sure it's accredited and will offer you the best chance of a well-rounded curriculum. Many distance learning programmes offer single classes or coursework designed to help students earn credentials, certificates, or Associate, Bachelor and even Master's degrees in the fields of education, health, nursing, law enforcement, business and a host of other career opportunity options.
Online learning is basically ideal for those who can function as independent learners, who may need a minimum of guidance or support. Online degree learners must be able to show a certain amount of self-discipline when it comes time to complete coursework, schedule exams and set aside enough time to study. However, for most online learners, these are not an issue. Anyone seeking an online degree is already aware that they are doing so because they don't have the time to attend physical classrooms on a daily or weekly basis. They realise that obtaining an online degree will take discipline and dedication to their task.
Student support is available for all types of distance learning programmes, from just about every college or university that offers them. Make sure that a fully licensed governing body properly accredits any distance learning schools you are interested in. Also, find out if student financing is available, as well as normal business hours student support for financial issues as well as questions regarding coursework and counselling. Sure, there are some drawbacks to any distance learning programme, such as lack of immediate feedback, the necessity to self-direct your study pace and the lack of student company, but by far, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. Don't put off that education any longer. A distance learning programme may be just what you need to get your career goals back on track.
