About Nicola
I am a fluent English-speaking Afrikaans woman with a bubbly personality. I enjoy working with children and I naturally connect with them because I am patient, friendly, and encouraging.
I am interested in teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping children learn in a fun and simple way. I love seeing children gain confidence when they start to understand and speak English without fear. Teaching is something I feel passionate about because I want to make learning enjoyable and positive for every child.

My lessons are unique because I focus on making learning fun, simple, and confidence-building for children. I am a fluent English and Afrikaans speaker with a bubbly and patient personality, which helps me connect easily with young learners and keep them engaged.
I use interactive methods such as games, visual learning, storytelling, and real-life examples so that children can understand and remember naturally, not just memorize it. I also adjust my teaching style depending on each child’s personality and learning speed.
My goal is not only to teach, but to help children feel comfortable speaking it and enjoy the learning process.
I have ADHD and have had it since I was a young child. That helped me to learn and create great ways to learn quick and easy.
