About Jacob
With over 8 years of experience, I specialize in teaching singing to college students, focusing on both technique and performance. My lessons are designed to be practical, engaging, and results-oriented.
I guide students through exercises to improve breath control, pitch accuracy, tone, and vocal expression. I also use technology, like audio recording and playback, to provide immediate feedback and measurable progress. Students explore multiple music styles, learning not just how to sing, but how to perform confidently.
My approach combines structured training with creativity and fun. I adapt lessons to each student’s abilities and goals, helping them develop a strong voice, stage presence, and a lifelong love for singing.

My methodology for teaching Singing focuses on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management to help students achieve their goals. I create a comfortable and encouraging learning space where students feel confident to express themselves.
I focus on building strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, pitch control, tone development, and voice modulation. I explain each concept clearly and in simple language so students can understand easily. I also maintain open communication to support their learning.
I use creative teaching methods such as vocal exercises, song practice, and expressive singing. These activities help students stay engaged and improve their skills.
Each class is well-structured with time for warm-ups, practice, and feedback. I track progress and provide personalized guidance.
In addition to Singing, I also teach related subjects like music basics, listening skills, and stage performance.
