I'm a wellness coach and blogger in the making with a background in animation and journalism. I have worked as a animation artist and editor in previous companies until I discovered my love towards helping people in their well-being. Hence pursuing a career in wellness coaching and blogging currently.

My teaching method is based on listening to the students about the topic first and then followed by some do-able activities and then explaining them about the topic in detail in a simple understandable way . Finally discussing about it with them and answering their doubts and questions.
