About Gustavo
Good afternoon to the future GrandMaster of Brazil! My name is Gustavo, I'm a law student, and I teach and play Chess for over 15 years. I participated and still participate in championships, as well as play a lot in websites and applications. I have a lot of theoretical knowledge, ready to help both the beginner (who knows absolutely nothing about chess) and the partner who has mastered the fundamentals of the sport, but wants to improve his skills.

Glad you're still here! Very well. My classes depend on the student's original knowledge. I customize classes according to the learner's skills. I consider relevant the demonstration of openings, rehearsed plays, broad strategy, short strategy and several other teaching mechanisms that I have learned, after 15 years of practice and study, which will make the class more accessible and visible to all. After analyzing and teaching some topics that I will consider important for the student (which will be identified from preliminary questions), I will follow the same in an online game, through the Lichess application. I will play along with the student, drawing comments and questions, always with the objective of understanding the failures that impede the progress of the player. After identifying the difficulties in the game, another preparation will be given, new exercises will be done and new teaching mechanisms will be applied . Anyway, with a single lesson, I'm sure you will garner tremendous knowledge to hone your skills in this fantastic sport. Come on, I'm waiting for you!
