Samantha helped me alot with my health advice, I got diagnosed with diabetes type 2 before Christmas 2020 and had to rely on medication to keep this under control, so I reached out to her and she helped me to put a meal plan together limiting my carb intake, noo 2 and a half months into this new routine I am off my medication and back to pre diabetic. I would Highly recommend her as she is so humble and very patient.
