About Heidi
Heidi at Body Sync Pilates really helped me to regain and develop my fitness during pregnancy in a safe and controlled way and made sure I was as prepared as possible for the physical impact of pregnancy and birth. I am so grateful for this class! Jennifer H Heidi is absolutely fantastic! I have diastasis recti having had twins and I booked her online return to fitness course and also saw her in the studio for one-to-one sessions. Internationally trained BB pre and post instructor and studio owner. Returning to fitness coach. Choose REFORMER: You would like to work more on strength resistance exercises. Choose your pace: slow & strong control classical type or faster upbeat contemporary reformer class. Prenatal and Postnatal students will be taught specific to your needs. Choose CADILLAC: For rehab and advanced stretching + strengthening guidance 30min lesson. Full body assessment and Mommy Mot can be arranged.
