About Bibiana
Hi! I'm a dedicated and compassionate tutor with over 2 years of experience working with 1st and 2nd grade students. I’ve taught in both classroom and small-group settings, and I love helping young learners grow in confidence and skills. I also have experience with AVID tutoring, which has given me valuable tools to support students not just academically, but in areas like organization, study habits, and goal-setting. My approach is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each child’s individual needs. I believe that learning should be engaging and fun, and I work hard to create a positive environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and keep improving. Whether a student needs help catching up, staying on track, or getting ahead, I’m committed to helping them succeed—step by step.
