About Paul
I am an educator, international program leader, and Eurasian regional specialist with extensive experience in higher education, humanitarian leadership, diplomacy, and intercultural communication. I have taught Russian and Turkish, managed multinational humanitarian and educational initiatives throughout the Caucasus and Central Asia, represented the United States internationally, presented at the United Nations, and have devoted my career to building bridges between cultures through language education and international exchange.

I also utilize simulation and immersion to the max.
