About Lucian

I’m a French tutor with over 5 years of experience and a Master of Arts in French Linguistics and International Studies. My teaching blends language learning with a deep appreciation for global cultures. I believe that mastering French opens doors to understanding diverse Francophone communities around the world. In my lessons, I incorporate current events, intercultural dialogues, and authentic media from Francophone countries. This approach helps students engage with the language in a meaningful, real-world context. I enjoy working with globally-minded students and professionals who want to connect beyond just words. Whether you’re preparing for business, travel, or academic goals, I tailor lessons to your interests and needs. My aim is to build not only language skills but also cultural awareness and confidence. Learning French is more than grammar and vocabulary—it’s a tool for connecting with people and ideas worldwide. I encourage curiosity, open-mindedness, and conversation in every session. Together, we explore language through stories, news, music, and films that bring Francophone cultures to life. With dedication and practice, French becomes a bridge to exciting opportunities and friendships. Let’s embark on this global journey together!

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on building strong listening skills and practical language use. I help students improve their comprehension by using real-life conversations and audio materials. We practice verb conjugations step-by-step to make grammar easier and more natural. I also introduce common slang and idiomatic expressions, so learners can speak like native speakers.

For those preparing to travel, I focus on useful phrases and everyday situations to build confidence. I create lessons that are clear and simple, making sure students feel comfortable at every step. Whether you are new to French or already have some experience, I adapt lessons to fit your level and goals.

I encourage lots of speaking practice and provide helpful feedback to improve pronunciation and fluency. My lessons include fun activities and real-world examples to keep learning interesting. I support learners in becoming confident, practical French speakers who can navigate daily life with ease. With patience and practice, anyone can excel in French.
