About Logan

With 12 years of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of teaching guitar to high school and college students, helping 200-300 students develop their musical skills. My teaching philosophy is centred around making learning guitar enjoyable and accessible. I believe that every student has unique strengths, and I tailor my lessons to their individual needs and goals. By focusing on motivation, creativity, and real-life music examples, I encourage students to explore different genres and techniques. My approach is patient and supportive, allowing students to progress at their own pace while fostering a love for music. Throughout my career, I have successfully helped students improve their playing, whether they're beginners or aiming for advanced skills. My goal is to inspire students to not only master the guitar but also to develop a lasting passion for music that will stay with them throughout their lives.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is designed to inspire and empower students to become passionate guitar players. I start by motivating students through personalised lessons that match their interests, helping them stay engaged and excited about learning. I use real-life examples and case studies from different music genres, such as classical, jazz, and rock, to make learning practical and enjoyable. I emphasise integrity and accountability, encouraging students to take responsibility for their progress while providing constructive feedback to help them improve. Creativity is at the heart of my approach, as I encourage students to explore their own musical style and experiment with different techniques. In addition to guitar, I can teach related subjects like music theory and ear training to give students a well-rounded musical education. My goal is to help students develop both their technical skills and their love for music.
