With over 5 years of experience in vocal coaching, I bring both academic training and creative passion to every lesson. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnomusicology, specializing in Vocal Traditions, which deepens my understanding of global singing styles and techniques. My heart lies in vocal arrangement, harmony stacking, and crafting lush vocal textures—whether for group performances or layered studio recordings. I teach a wide range of styles including A Cappella, Pop, Gospel, and R&B, with a strong focus on vocal blending, counter-melodies, and arrangement strategies. Whether you're a school student, college learner, or aspiring professional, I tailor my sessions to your unique voice and goals. Improvisation, music composition, music history, and music technology are areas I integrate into the learning process to give you a complete musical foundation. I also help students understand the art behind great vocal production and how to bring their arrangements to life. Each lesson is a space to experiment, grow, and discover the beauty of harmony. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong vocal foundation through consistent technique and personalized guidance. I help students develop proper breath control, diaphragmatic support, and vocal stamina—skills that are key to long-term vocal health. Each session is designed to strengthen your voice while making singing more natural and confident.
We start with warm-ups that train your ear, body, and breath. I pay close attention to posture, vocal placement, and breathing patterns. Lessons include practical exercises tailored to each student’s voice type and goals. Whether you're preparing for a solo performance or part of an ensemble, you'll get tools to improve pitch accuracy and tone quality.
I specialize in working with The Suzuki Student and The Orchestra Member, offering targeted routines to improve vocal control and blend. You'll learn how to sing longer phrases with more power and less strain. I also provide techniques to avoid vocal fatigue and support a healthy singing lifestyle. My goal is to make your voice reliable, flexible, and expressive.
