About Jayshree
I am a passionate public speaking and personal development trainer who strongly believes that true confidence and impactful communication come from inner clarity and self-awareness. In addition to training, I serve as a Project and CSR Manager at Vedanta Wisdom Trust, where I contribute to educational initiatives that focus on holistic growth, emotional resilience, and value-based learning.
My journey includes experience in communication coaching, spiritual content writing, and organizing learning programs that integrate practical life skills with deeper self-understanding. In my sessions, I combine positive thinking practices, life coaching principles, guided reflection, and structured public speaking exercises to help individuals overcome fear, build confidence, and express themselves authentically.
I strive to create a safe, encouraging, and interactive learning environment where every participant feels supported in their growth. Through real-life examples, mindful practices, and personalized feedback, I ensure that learning is not only about developing skills but also about meaningful inner transformation.

My class “Within to Without” focuses on helping participants discover inner clarity, confidence, and purpose, and express it through powerful communication. I use interactive teaching methods such as guided reflection, practical public speaking exercises, group discussions, storytelling, and real-life case studies. Each session typically includes mindfulness or positive thinking practices, skill-building activities, feedback rounds, and action planning for personal growth. My special feature as a teacher is integrating personal development, life coaching principles, and value-based learning for holistic transformation. These classes are designed for school students, college youth, working professionals, and adults seeking confidence, emotional resilience, and effective communication skills.
