About Mantikana
I am currently a Master's student in Social and Psychological Research at the University of the Witwatersrand. I hold an Honors degree in Psychology as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. I began my undergraduate studies while teaching full-time in the Korean public school system. I taught at over 10 elementary and middle schools, with grades ranging from 3 to 9. My work included creating engaging materials to support the textbook, using PowerPoint to design fun games for speaking and reading practice, as well as marking students' work and providing feedback.

I am a bubbly teacher who combines focused work and guidance with fun games and activities to help students practice and internalize what they've learned. I am proficient in English and can teach basic Sepedi and Afrikaans. Students can expect a teacher who is curious, adaptable, and committed to adjusting my teaching style to fit their needs while keeping the lessons engaging and enjoyable. My lessons are suitable for students aged 8–14 years old.
