About Maxime
I am a work-study logistics innovation manager at Bosch in a master 2 at IAE in Caen. I have carried out numerous associative projects to support young people in their job search, in particular the "training job kafe" action with the JCE of which I was vice-president. An international course including a year of study in England allows me to be bilingual.

My teaching method first seeks to focus on the basics of job search: The right reflexes, the mistakes to avoid, the structuring, the development of the course in the CV and the cover letter as well as the research preceding the interview on the company. Then, the approach will be more practical with personalized interview simulations focusing on speech, posture, clothing and answering back to trick questions. Finally, I offer support during the integration period in the company in order to take up a position under the best conditions and adapt to the corporate culture.
