About Praneet
I started coaching as volunteer work 4 years ago. I coached for one year and afterwards completed my studies. I am a marine engineering student. Trying to follow my passion, I did my coaching license. And now have been working for a year as a football coach.( one personal coaching client and handled 13 teams from under 12 to under 18 age groups)

For me, keeping all the technical and tactical coaching aside, personnel management is a very important thing for me. It is important to teach life values to kids rather than just focus on winning. And for me it is a combination of individual training and group training.
