About Shubham
1. I am working as a Software Developer. I deal with a lot of technologies and programming languages on daily basis.
2. I graduated from the National Institute of Technology Agartala in Computer Science and Engineering [CGPA - 9.13/10]. My life as a student there was quite phenomenal. I participated in various activities and won in some of them, while I gathered a rich experience from the rest.
3. I was heading the Enlightenment Club at my college where I was responsible for teaching programming to freshmen. I also used to take sessions on Communication. Apart from this, I was an active member of "We Can", which is a student-driven community to teach underprivileged students to cover up the gap in learning.
4. I am proficient in English as well as Hindi.
5. I have 50+ hours of focused face-to-face teaching experience.

I decided to teach only after I was convinced of the shortcomings and corner points my teachers missed during my crucial time of learning. Now, as a teacher, I am quite specific that my students get -
1. A proper learning structure
2. Enough time on "not-so-easy-to-digest" topics
3. Emphasis on the core concepts
4. An environment to freely ask even the silliest doubt
I have a beginner-friendly approach. I comprehend the student's current level and then I challenge them with a problem they could solve. Then, I try to level up the problems while I solve with them as a friend and highlight key issues and concepts to be understood.
Wherever the student is unsure or unaware of a particular concept, I shift my focus on that key area in order to develop their understanding and then revisit that problem.
I will be able to take classes for an hour per day, in the evening hours. If you are looking for late-night hours, I can take up that as well.
My services are intended for anyone who wants to LEARN. I am not looking at any specific set of students. However, I expect my student to be well versed in basic mathematics and English, of course, while the rest is on me.
