About Anju

Yoga is not just about physical fitness but also mental fitness. Therefore, my classes include yoga asanas, pranayamas, meditation, and also certain activities to increase focus and concentration. My teaching starts with prayer, whole body warm-up, Surya namaskaras, asanas, pranayama & yoga nidra. This flow is for fitness sessions. The class flow will change depending on attendees' age groups and also health issues. I have taught yoga to corporates, working individuals, elderly people, and people with specific medical conditions.
