About Tanvi
I am a physical therapist. I have done my masters in musculoskeletal and sports conditions. I have a daughter who is 9 months old. I know how hard it is to get your body stronger during and after pregnancy. I want to make that process easy for me and other mommies. Come join and let's make our body stronger together.

I am physical therapist. Still I struggled during my pregnancy and postpartum.
So i want to help others from what i learnt.
- it will be one to one session. So i can listen to your problems and structure program only for you.
- it will be at your convenient time.
- it will be at ease of your home. No need to go outside unnecessarily during your pregnancy and/or postpartum.
- i can help with lactation ( breastfeeding) also.
