About Harshal
So basically im a professional rugby player playing for Maharashtra India from last 6 years. I was a fat kid till 10th standard then after i get to know about rugby in my school. After that my interest in rugby is growing day by day.

In any exercise i start with normal warm-up as per the scheduled workout.
There are many different students and client they are expecting so many things from us as a coach this is my responsibility that they should not get bored in any exercise. I train minimum 3 and maximum 7/8 member at a time.i have to make plans for them
