About Thanshan
I am an Electrical Engineer passed out in 2014 and worked in installation industry and maintenance in manufacturing industries. Pursued a PG Diploma in Transmission and Distribution Systems with distinction and also PG diploma in Industrial Automation System design. A UK based Masters in Engineering Business management from University of Warwick recently completed. The Business environment and the technical aspect would be delivered as per the requirement.

My approach is inductive where I check the understanding of the students with a topic based question and answer session and based on the level I deliver my presentation. Engagement with the subjects are the key factor to open up the student output and a self study with rise of question which would relate the real life example to the core theory.
