About Lucy
I am a qualified yoga teacher and sound healer. I studied sound healing with a shaman in Nepal, first mastering the Tibetan singing bowls. I then started adding new instruments for a full sound immersive experience, allowing the sounds to do the work through me.

Relax and unwind, also release any blocked emotions and get deep into a meditative state; through the power of the healing frequencies of instruments including singing bowls, hand pan, and chimes. I let the instruments do the work through intuition on this journey of sound. All you need to do is lie down and travel with the sounds, opening new synapses in the brain.
