About Toni

Hello! I am Toni, a professional American English teacher and I love helping people discover the power of words and language through education. I studied English at the University of North Texas where I majored in writing and rhetoric. I currently work as a writer and tutor in all areas of English. Whether it is ESL, writing, text analysis, CV formatting, or curating and practicing debates, I got you! I am friendly and encouraging as well as patient and kind. I will give you feedback and tips on how you can master English as seamlessly as possible!

About the lesson

My lessons are student-guided which means together we will identify where you have room to grow and you will lead your learning according to your needs. For the first meeting, there is no charge as I want us to get to know one another and develop a learning plan specific to your individual needs. As a university-trained and CELTA-certified tutor with years of experience writing and formatting different texts, I am confident that I can help you with any literary needs you may have. I will show you how to think critically and how to create rhetoric specific to your audience and purpose. Homework is a big component of these classes.
