About Marcus
I am a guitar teacher with 11 years of experience, passionate about helping students of all levels—from Beginner to Advanced—develop their skills and creativity. My lessons blend traditional technique with modern technology to enhance learning and performance. I use digital tools such as DAWs, tablature software, virtual amps, and metronome apps to make practice more engaging and effective. Students learn how to read music, master chords, improve timing, and explore different styles with tech-assisted guidance. I also incorporate technology into songwriting, helping students compose, record, and refine their original music. Lessons are personalized to match each student’s pace, goals, and musical interests. I emphasize technique, expression, and musicality while using digital tools to reinforce concepts and track progress. Whether practicing scales, improvising, or performing pieces, technology helps students stay motivated and inspired. I encourage experimentation and creativity, making each session interactive and fun. Teenage and beginner learners are guided to gain confidence and enjoy the learning process. I balance structured exercises with playful, interactive sessions that make music fun. Through repetition, collaboration, and real-world application, students improve quickly. Every session aims to build skills, creativity, and a love for making music. My goal is to help every learner excel while discovering the joy of playing guitar.
