About Ilyas

I am a fully qualified teacher with over 8 years of experience under Malaysia’s Ministry of Education. Specializing in Arabic, Quran, Islamic Studies, as well as Math and Bahasa Melayu, I have successfully guided countless primary school students to overcome their academic struggles and build lasting confidence. What sets me apart is my patient, one-on-one approach. I take the time to understand each student’s challenges and strengths, creating lessons that are tailored specifically for them. My goal is not only to help students achieve academic success, but also to make learning a positive and empowering experience. I believe that every child has the potential to succeed—with the right guidance and encouragement. As a dedicated educator, I provide clear communication, structured lesson plans, and consistent support in every session. About the lesson

With over 8 years of experience as a teacher under Malaysia’s Ministry of Education, I offer personalized one-on-one tutoring in Arabic, Quran, Islamic Studies, as well as Math and Bahasa Melayu for primary school students.

My teaching style is student-centered and empathetic. I take time to understand each student’s unique challenges, learning style, and pace, then tailor my lessons to meet their specific needs. Whether a student struggles with reading Quran fluently or needs support in mastering basic math concepts, I provide calm, focused guidance and clear explanations to help them grow confidently.

Lessons usually run for 60 to 90 minutes, allowing enough time for understanding, practice, and review—without rushing. I build trust and patience into every session so that students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and truly learn.

My one-on-one sessions are ideal for primary school children who need focused attention, foundation strengthening, or simply a supportive teacher who listens and guides them at their level.
