About Babalwa
I am currently a non production material buyer in the procurement department. Previously I worked as a contact center supervisor and managed a team of 6 people. I always had a flair for dealing with clients. I was known as the "calmer". Clients who have various problems with their products or services were left confident after dealing with me. My winning recipe here was, "you talk to the client as though it's just you and him in the room". Don't hold back, engage and go an extra mile.

Purely from my previous tutoring experience in highschool and university, the following were my techniques:
Create a story from the problem at hand. E.g if it's numbers, convert to a story, if it's a work scenario, convert it into a personal life one as though it were your own business.
I also add humour in all that I teach. People remember how they feel or felt. If they enjoyed the last lesson they will look forward to hearing and learning more from me.
I find pleasure in seeing progress from the seeds I sow.
