About Riley

I have been teaching kids grades 2nd through 5th since middle school, but would like to work with older children or even peers my age. I enjoy music, dance, and math. I plan to become a marine ecosystems scientist and I will be using the money I earn from tutoring you to achieve your dreams to help me achieve mine.

About the lesson

I try to take a slow approach to teaching, first we'd take a practice quiz, then I would work on what you struggled with. I also assign homework to make progress away from sessions easier, boosting confidence in skills. What sets me apart is my years of childcare experience, as I have been teaching in different programs since middle school. My lessons are for anyone who needs help with geometry, algebra, or precalc.
