About Arianna
I am a therapy assistant working at London Community Hospital. I have studied the International Baccalaureate at Diploma level, studying Spanish, Biology and Chemistry at higher level, achieving a 7 in Spanish. I also studied English literature at the IB and achieved a 7 in this subject, writing my extended essay on the literature of Sylvia Plath. I also achieved an A* in both subjectS having taken the GCSEs a year early. Prior to going to Oakham I lived in Madrid gaining a degree of fluency in Spanish and during my gap year I spent 5
months living in and teaching in Mexico.

I base my teaching method upon the needs of the individual or the group, basing the lessons of the topics of the syllabus mixed with current affairs, which I believe creates interest and engagement in lessons as well as allowing expansion of vocabulary and greater understanding of syntax and idiomatic phrases.
I also believe my youth can be seen as a positive as having recently completed the Diploma and my GCSE's I have up-to-date knowledge of mark-schemes and what examiners are looking for.
