I am an 18-year-old student here in Southampton (Solent Uni) and I am looking for a bit of job experience. I am from France and went to a french school and have passed my french baccalaureate in 2021.

About Rafael
I am very patient and understanding, I know french is a very hard language and I can understand the struggle some students have. I guess the fact that I am 18, I can relate more to the students as I have gone through the same problems too when learning french as a toddler, so I want to teach french to help whoever is having a hard time. French can be easy to learn with the right tutor, so hopefully, I am the right one for you!

Depending on the level of french of the student, the teaching varies. If the student has never studied French and knows nothing about it, I'll go through all the basic and fun vocabulary, things that they know in English, translated in French. If the level is higher, in which the student has acquired basic vocabulary, can speak and write in French, the teaching proceeds the same way as in French schools. So that means a lot of reading together, dictations, new vocabulary, and themes every 1 to 2 weeks (themes like vacation, sports, countries, etc). If the student is in secondary or high school, I can help them with their homework and answer questions they don't understand. I have a bit of tutoring experience, so I am a bit familiar with what I am doing. I went to a french school my entire life, so I am fluent in French and have learned everything in french (Maths, physics, sciences, history, etc).
