About Maddy
I want to teach in order to help inspire people the way I was inspired at the beginning of secondary school. I want to increase my students' confidence in their writing abilities, as well as increasing their overall enjoyment of English. I am patient, and will always take the time to encourage my students to attempt the question before helping.

I am an experienced tutor, who has helped develop many GCSE students' abilities and confidence in exam preparation. During lessons, I would aim to improve my students' understanding of how to answer exam questions, as well as how to analyse texts in English Literature. I achieve consistent A grades in my exams, and I have had a passion for English since year 7 :)
