About Sharon
I am a motivated and dependable tutor who takes pride in being well-prepared and organised for every lesson. Having experienced the 11 Plus process myself, I bring insight into how students think, where they often struggle, and how to support them effectively. I aim to make lessons focused but encouraging, so students feel confident asking questions and engaging with the work.
I am currently in Year 13 and applying for medicine, which reflects my strong academic commitment and disciplined work ethic. I approach tutoring with the same seriousness and professionalism, always tailoring lessons to suit each student’s pace and ability.

I take a supportive and structured approach to tutoring, focusing on building confidence and strong foundations. Having passed the 11 Plus myself, I use clear explanations, exam-style practice, and active reading techniques to help students improve comprehension and accuracy.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are delivered online. I am a Year 13 student and aspiring medical applicant, with first-hand experience of the 11 Plus.
My lessons are for primary-school students preparing for the 11 Plus and younger students needing help with reading skills.
