About Mia
I have an extensive background in classical piano, with 15 years of lessons under my belt. I am also classically trained in vocal arts by a Western Washington music graduate, and am decently fluent at reading sheet music. I have a deep passion for music, and would love to share it however I can!

My teaching methods for piano focus first on getting down basic hand shapes and techniques, followed by a more classical training approach. This is how I was first taught piano, and it continues to help me learn challenging pieces. I am willing to tutor students at any level, whether they have any musical foundation or not.
