About Kevin
"Playing guitar should feel like a natural extension of your personality from the very first strum. Learning to read sheet music is often easier than most people assume.
We spend time on strumming patterns until your hands feel comfortable with the movement. Beginners often struggle with power chords at first but we clear that hurdle together.
Adult learners appreciate the balance of theory and practical soloing techniques I provide. Teens often move quickly through the grades once they grasp the basics of the fretboard. You might find that improvisation becomes your favourite part of the week.
I keep things moving with a focus on consistent improvement. There is no better way to learn than by doing."

"Trained at the Royal Academy of Music, I spent 2 decades performing classical works before moving into the home studio. Watching 193 students find their rhythm on the guitar has been the highlight of my career. My 13 years of experience informs how I explain complex concepts like music theory.
I appreciate the quiet focus required to master a difficult barre chord. You will find that I maintain an energetic atmosphere during our time together.
