About Stacie

Beginners and intermediate players often find that standard methods fail to address their specific musical questions.

I keep my approach calm and encouraging to ensure the work remains productive.

Having taught 36 students, I understand how to adjust when someone needs structure versus when they need space to experiment.

My personal goal is to help you build the habits that lead to lasting technical fluency.

About the lesson

Struggling to connect lead guitar lines is a common frustration for many self-taught players.

I admit that I often prioritize the feel of a blues progression over rigid theory at the start of our time together. Using my Artist Diploma in Music Performance as a reference point, we analyze fingerpicking patterns and reading sheet music to sharpen your ear training.

Power chords and barre chords are introduced as logical steps once your physical technique stabilizes.

Reading tabs becomes much simpler once you understand the underlying structure of the songs you love. We will track your progress until you possess the vocabulary to play exactly what you hear in your head.
