About Alicia
I am a dedicated piano tutor with ten years of teaching experience and a Master's degree, committed to helping students discover the joy of playing piano. I enjoy teaching learners of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced musicians. My patient, encouraging, and student-focused teaching approach allows every learner to progress confidently at a comfortable pace.
Throughout my teaching career, I have helped students improve technical skills, musical understanding, stage confidence, and overall performance quality. I believe every student has unique strengths, so I personalize my lessons to match individual goals, interests, and learning preferences. By combining structured instruction with creativity, I make learning both effective and enjoyable for every student.
My greatest satisfaction comes from watching students grow into confident musicians who enjoy expressing themselves through music. I emphasize consistency, discipline, creativity, and positive encouragement in every lesson. By creating a friendly and inspiring learning environment, I help students build lifelong musical skills, strong confidence, and a genuine passion for playing the piano.

My piano lessons are designed to help students build strong musical foundations while enjoying every stage of learning. Students develop proper hand positioning, finger coordination, rhythm, note reading, scales, chords, sight-reading, and music theory through structured and engaging lessons. Every session is tailored to the student's age, experience, learning style, and personal musical goals to ensure steady improvement and lasting confidence.
I teach a variety of musical styles, including classical, contemporary, pop, film music, and beginner compositions. Lessons focus on improving technique, musical expression, timing, dynamics, and performance skills through practical exercises and enjoyable repertoire. Regular feedback, guided practice, and progressive learning activities help students strengthen their abilities while developing creativity and a deeper appreciation for music.
Whether you are starting your first piano lesson, preparing for music examinations, performing in concerts, or learning simply for personal enjoyment, my lessons provide clear guidance and continuous encouragement. I create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, overcoming challenges, and celebrating each milestone while becoming confident and independent pianists.
