Firstly, we will assess your physical fitness. i'm looking for any discrepancies in your form and if there are any movements you might not be comfortably.
After you've been assessed, we will discuss your goals and take the time for us to get to know each other. I understand working with a trainer can be intimidating. I want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible before we work together.
Once we've determined a plan, we will get started on getting you to the best version of yourself!
