As an HRDF-certified trainer, my teaching methodology uses the andragogy method, allowing more practice to master the skill. A typical length of a lesson is 1 hour. With 7 years of experience in product engineering and certified Green Belt Six Sigma, I have strong working experience in project management and technical guidance from power electronics, RF circuitry, and basic analog circuits to guide my students in their engineering careers.
