About Jemma
My name is Jemma, and I bring 17 years of experience as an Art and Design educator, with a deep passion for helping students unlock their creative potential. Throughout my career, I have been driven by the joy of inspiring students to reach heights they never thought possible, fostering both artistic skills and personal growth. In addition to my teaching experience, I am a qualified Therapeutic Art Practitioner, specialising in supporting children with special educational needs. Through this work, I have successfully helped students improve their mental health, communication, and emotional well-being. I am committed to providing a personalised, supportive, and enriching learning experience for all of my students.

I am a previous Head of Art and Design and I have taught Art 17 years specialising in SEND and learning support. My experience has made me a creative and adaptable educator, motivating me to make learning meaningful, bespoke to the learner and fun! I am passionate about supporting others through their learning journey and watching my students progress and build confidence.
