About Jonathon
I've been teaching maths from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE for 23 years, in schools and colleges, and as a private tutor. I enjoy working with individuals, as I am all about tailoring my tutoring to what works best for each person, and love it when we can get a laugh out of it too.
I get a kick from students understanding concepts they hadn't believed they would, when I see them passing their GCSEs, or 11+s, or get great SATs results.
My empathetic approach fosters students' growth, through what works best for them, and my long experience has given me a rich source of approaches, techniques and resources to suit anyone at any level.
