I am a Strength and Conditioning coach/Functional Movement Expert. I have been doing this for 18 years and I have 2 degrees in this line of work. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Management.

I run it based on mobility movement, functional movement, strength and conditioning, speed development and diet guidance! I will put the client (general fitness or athlete) through a movement screen first, goals, etc and then build their program from there moving forward. This way I have as much data as I can to accurately pin point imbalances and then I have a better plan of attack to correct them. Once this is improved (time depends) then I start other movements to have the client start moving better and more efficiently.
