About Emily
"Struggling to keep time while improvising is a common hurdle for most guitarists. Picture yourself playing over a professional arrangement that hits every note at your tempo. I compose custom backing tracks so students can practise soloing at home with confidence. My method combines ear training with acoustic technique for a well-rounded experience.
We incorporate reading tabs and grade exam prep into a logical sequence. You will soon be playing with the accuracy of a conservatoire musician."

"The smell of fresh fretboard oil reminds me of my first studio sessions. I draw upon 13 years of teaching to guide teens and returning learners through complex theory.
Reading sheet music and mastering fingerpicking are cornerstones of my classroom. Grade exam candidates often find my structured path quite helpful for their progress. Many students come to me after struggling with electric technique or basic tuning. I have helped 214 students find clarity in their playing over the years.
My background includes a formal MMus from King's College London and the Royal Academy of Music. These skills allow me to break down lead guitar and songwriting into manageable parts. What specific goals are you looking to achieve with your instrument?"
