About Julien
Musician for more than 20 years, I had the chance to start with the piano from the age of 5 with a home teacher, then i started the guitar on my own at the age of 11, then the bass and drums at 14.
I immediately felt in love with the world of music and the impact that the notes and chords can have and I would be happy to teach you all the treasures and tips i could found over the years to make your instrument sound the best possible.
I am also a songwriter, sound engineer and sound designer for several different artistes, brands and studios.

I will teach you all the tips accumulated over 20 years to allow you to quickly take the maximum pleasure with your instrument and in a good mood.
I adapt to each student and all levels are accepted.
We will start by understanding in 15-20 min the architecture of the instrument, how it is built, its history, in order to be able to make the most of its capacities.
Then I will teach you the first movements ( arpege, strumming, finger style ...) and exercises to strengthen your hands and gain dexterity, then your first chords, of course to work as much as possible at home.
I will also teach you to read and understand the tabs as well as the chord charts, if you are motivated, I guarantee you that in 3-4 weeks you will be able to play a catalog of a hundred songs.
I will also teach you open tuning, a way of tuning different from MI LA RE SOL SI MI classic, sometimes beginners dont know that but it's very interesting and really exciting.
