About Carly
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 10 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Music. I have guided students of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve their musical goals through patient instruction, personalized coaching, and a supportive learning environment.
I believe every student learns differently, so I create lesson plans that match individual learning styles and aspirations. My teaching philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, creativity, discipline, and confidence, ensuring students enjoy meaningful progress while developing both musicianship and performance abilities.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy composing piano music, accompanying vocalists and instrumentalists, attending live performances, and exploring diverse musical traditions. My mission is to help every student become a confident, expressive, and accomplished pianist while making every lesson inspiring, enjoyable, and filled with lasting musical growth.

Every piano lesson is carefully tailored to your experience, musical preferences, and personal goals. Whether you are beginning your musical journey or advancing your performance skills, lessons focus on note reading, finger technique, rhythm, scales, chords, sight-reading, music theory, and expressive interpretation.
My teaching approach combines practical playing, technical exercises, ear training, and creative musical activities to build a strong foundation. Students explore classical, contemporary, jazz, and popular styles while improving coordination, musical accuracy, confidence, and artistic expression through engaging and well-structured lessons.
Each session includes personalized feedback, customized practice plans, and regular progress evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. Lessons are designed to be motivating, interactive, and rewarding, helping students strengthen their skills while developing a lifelong appreciation for piano and music.
