About Julie
"Teaching 12 years has shown me that even confident performers often feel quite nervous before stepping onto a stage. My work spans from guiding total beginners to preparing grade exam candidates for their big moment. I utilize warm-up exercises, vocal range extension, and focus on diction and articulation.
Vocal health and care, breathing control, stage fear management, genre styling, and sight singing form my core focus. Meeting students where they are remains my primary aim for our upcoming sessions."

"You will find clarity in your tone through a diagnostic vocal assessment for every new student. I use my BMus Vocal Studies background to ensure your voice remains healthy while we explore different registers.
It feels quite similar to finding a hidden resonance in the room when your technique finally locks into place. We can adjust the difficulty as we work through specific repertoire choices together. This builds a foundation for your singing journey that lasts long after we finish. We might even spend extra time on those tricky runs if you need it."
