About Elian
With 8 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students from school to college, sharing my love for chess. Education is my passion, and I believe chess is a powerful tool to develop critical thinking and concentration. Many students I have taught have grown in skill and confidence, achieving personal milestones like winning matches or mastering new strategies. I strive to make each lesson enjoyable and meaningful, encouraging students to explore and excel in the game.

My chess teaching uses real games and examples to make concepts clear and practical. Communication is very important—I explain clearly and encourage questions to make sure students follow well. I am flexible, adapting lessons to fit different learning speeds and styles. I believe in honesty, giving fair feedback and supporting students sincerely. Creativity plays a big role—I help students develop fresh ideas and creative ways to win. Besides chess, I can also teach related subjects like problem-solving and logical reasoning.
