About Romesh
I have been teaching English since 2017, and over the years, teaching has grown from a profession into a genuine passion for me.
I have always enjoyed reading and learning English. During my own preparation for competitive examinations, I scored 188.75/200 in English in SSC Tier-2, which further strengthened my interest in the subject. My curiosity about English also led me to make friendships with native English speakers from Europe and America, primarily to improve my own spoken English and understand the language beyond textbooks.
Over the years, I have taught Class 6–10 students as well as students preparing for competitive examinations, covering areas such as Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, Literature, Poetry, and exam-oriented English.
My teaching philosophy is simple: students learn better when they enjoy what they are learning. I therefore try to make English practical, engaging, and easy to understand rather than relying only on memorization. At the same time, I strongly believe in regular practice, revision, and testing because consistent performance is ultimately reflected in a student's marks.
My goal is to help students not only score better in examinations but also develop a genuine understanding and confidence in English that stays with them beyond the classroom.

Having taught English for many years, I strongly believe that a student can continue learning and improving only when they genuinely enjoy the learning process. That is why my primary goal is to make every class engaging, practical, and enjoyable rather than simply focusing on memorizing rules.
My classes focus on building a strong foundation in English through clear explanations, practical examples, regular practice, and interaction. Whether it is grammar, vocabulary, reading, literature, or exam preparation, I try to connect the concepts with real-life situations so that students understand them instead of simply memorizing them.
At the same time, I strongly believe that consistent practice and regular tests are essential for achieving good results. Learning something in class is only the beginning; regular revision, practice questions, and tests help students retain what they learn and, ultimately, reflect their preparation in their mark sheet.
My aim is simple: make English enjoyable to learn, easy to understand, and strong enough to produce measurable results.
