About Samantha

I am a patient and dedicated math tutor who focuses on helping students truly understand math instead of just memorizing steps. I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy-to-follow explanations that make learning less stressful and more approachable.

I have been tutoring for over 1 year, both in person and online, working with students in a variety of subjects. I have helped students with math as well as other subjects, adjusting my teaching style to fit different learning needs and levels.

I take a calm and supportive approach, making sure students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I never rush through topics and will go over material as many times as needed until it makes sense. My goal is to help students build confidence and actually understand what they are learning.

About the lesson

My lessons are focused on making math easier to understand by breaking concepts down step-by-step. I adjust each session based on your needs, whether it’s homework help, test prep, or going over topics you find confusing.

I keep sessions relaxed and low-pressure so you feel comfortable asking questions at any time. I’m patient and will explain things in different ways until it really makes sense, not just until you memorize it.

My goal is to help you build confidence and actually understand math so you can work more independently over time.
