About Fiona
I bring over 2 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Space Engineering to my role as a Physics tutor. I enjoy teaching applied physics with a focus on electronics and circuit analysis. Students in my lessons work with circuit simulations to understand how systems behave. Troubleshooting is built into the process, helping learners grow confident in problem-solving. Design challenges also play a role, sparking creativity and deeper understanding. I teach Ohm’s Law in a way that feels practical, not abstract. Kirchhoff’s rules are reinforced with guided exercises. I also explain semiconductor devices and their role in electronics. My lessons are structured but interactive. My approach to teaching Physics is rooted in making ideas clear and practical. Newtonian mechanics, with its focus on forces and motion, is taught as the foundation of problem-solving.
