About Wendy
Do you find yourself wondering why your vocal projection feels uneven or inconsistent? I have spent 13 years helping teens, kids, intermediate learners, and advanced vocalists refine their craft.
My path from the Curtis Institute of Music to the studio has been defined by a need for technical accuracy. I meet every student exactly where their ability sits today. Having taught for over 2 decades, I observe how nervousness holds performers back from true clarity. My singing instruction is built on the reality of how the voice functions under stress.
I focus on the mechanics of pitch control and the intersection of head and chest voice. Many students arrive confused by genre styling but leave with a firm grasp of their own instrument. You will not find fluff in my studio. It is just the work.

Instruction begins with a direct critique of your current breathing patterns to establish a solid foundation. You practice specific microphone techniques while we adjust your diction and articulation in real time. My experience ensures that exam preparation remains logical and grounded in technical mastery. I provide free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes for every student to use outside of class.
This resource helps you maintain consistency between our meetings. The process remains focused on building your confidence through precise vocal habits.
