About Georgina
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and it was during my studies that I became interested in Eastern philosophy, which eventually led me to yoga. I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 19 and hold two certifications from YogaUnion in Bali. Yoga has been essential in helping me calm my nervous system, deepen my self-connection, and, most importantly, enjoy the freedom and joy that comes from mindful movement.

Hi
I am a yoga teacher specializing in various styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. I also offer sound healing, meditation, and breathwork sessions. Currently, I’m working towards my Pilates Reformer certification, which I expect to complete by November 2024.
You can expect my lessons to be intuitive, fun, and creative. If you have any specific areas you’d like to focus on, I’ll be happy to design each class specifically for you. We will always work at a pace and intensity that feels comfortable for you. I can push you to reach your limits, but we can also take it slow and be more mindful.
